Lauren obtained her BA in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2016. She played for the Colorado Women’s Club Lacrosse team and was a Research Lab Assistant for the Exercise Physiology Lab. She returned to California for physical therapy school, earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos. Lauren was initially exposed to physical therapy through her own soccer injuries and fell in love with the career choice as it allows for the opportunity to create lasting relationships with patients to help them achieve their goals. She enjoys treating a variety of patients, ranging from weekend warriors to those recovering from surgeries, all while implementing a fitness forward approach. In her free time, she can be found spending time on ski slopes and running/hiking trails with friends and family.
