Throughout the sessions that I went to over the course of the next couple of months, Brendan helped strengthen my weak points, and gave me exercises to work on at home to continue that work. Brian's great. Active listener that knew exactly where to begin his discovery process after I described my injury. Ran me through various tests and asked questions that got me to clarify as much as possible what was ailing me. Knew how to approach the injury and prescribed exercises to help alleviate the pain. Trust the process and be consistent. Definitely will be seeing him more often and I recommend everyone else do as well.

I was searching for a PT to help me rehab from a laminectomy late last year and found Kauno through my insurance database. I was nervous because the recovery process was new and unknown to me, but Brian made me feel comfortable and confident in his treatment plan from the first time we met. Over the 6 weeks I saw him he did a great job of incorporating manual therapy with exercises into my sessions and home care which helped me transition back into my regular routine. He was very thorough and made sure to address all parts of my lifestyle that were affected by my recovery from washing my face to running again. I went to Brendan after having issues with my knee and he he helped me get back my range of motion and gave me specific stretches and exercises to do to achieve a full recovery. He was super helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. As a studio, Kauno is a dope place. Well thought out, built by the business duo, good natural light coming in from large front window, and with all the things a physical therapy studio should have. I went to a previous PT with a sterile, doctor-esque kind of a feel, I much prefer Kauno.
